Breaking: Buhari names Railway Station & Complex after Goodluck Jonathan



The good news reaching our news desk this Saturday afternoon is that Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari has approved the naming of the Railway Complex in Agbor, Delta State after former President, Goodluck Jonathan.

This was made public this Saturday afternoon by Tolu Ogunlesi, Buhari’s Special Assistant on New Media.

Ogunlesi, on Twitter, quoted Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, as saying the facility will be known as the Goodluck Jonathan Railway Station & Complex.

The station is the operational hub of the Itakpe-Warri rail line.

Recall that Jonathan is currently in Mali as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Special Envoy. jonathan is leading the body’s mediation mission.

Malians have been calling on President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita to resign.
